Mrs. Resendiz is the Administrative and Marketing Director of DW Investment. She has been involved with the team since 2017. She manages P&L reporting, financial tracking, HR functions, AR/AP processes, and assists with daily operations including maintenance coordination, leasing, reporting, and capital planning. She leads marketing initiatives such as content creation, online listings, and design projects to boost property visibility. Mrs. Resendiz is results-driven and customer-focused, prioritizing financial accuracy, team collaboration, and operational excellence.
