Brittny Woods is a Project Manager for DW Development Group with experience in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), State Tax Credits (STC), and affordable housing. Through her work supporting complex development initiatives nationwide, Brittny plays an integral role in advancing safe, stable, and healthy housing solutions across the United States. Her experience includes administrative oversight, underwriting support, and comprehensive project management, contributing to the successful coordination and execution of multifaceted developments. Brittny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government with an Emphasis in Legal Studies and plans to continue her education to further strengthen her impact in housing and development. With a detail-oriented and mission-driven approach, she remains committed to continuing the success of DW Development Group.
