Mr. Deutsch is one of the Managing Partners of DW Investment. He has been involved in each sector of the business including operations, debt & equity structure and acquisition & sales for DW Investment. Mr. Deutsch has worked diligently to create new partnerships for DW including debt and equity providers, development partnerships, banking relationships as well as accounting and legal. These relationships have been instrumental to the success & stability of DW Investment. Mr. Deutsch has worked on projects utilizing a myriad of incentives including LIHTC, Historic Tax Credits, HUD Financing, and Tax Increment financing.
