Ryan Deutsch is a founding partner of DW Development Group and brings more than 14 years of experience in the real estate industry. Throughout his career, Ryan has established a proven track record of driving business growth, strengthening organizational brand presence, and successfully executing complex development projects across the Midwest. Ryan has extensive experience working with a wide range of development incentives and financing tools, including LIHTC, Historic Tax Credits, Kansas Housing Investor Tax Credits, Tax-Exempt Bonds, HUD financing programs, Project-Based Section 8, and STAR Bonds. His portfolio includes numerous multifamily developments, both acquisition–rehabilitation and new construction throughout the Midwest.
A 2008 graduate of Washburn University, Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration before completing his MBA at Fort Hays State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Kansas, bringing a strong financial and analytical foundation to every project he leads. In addition to his professional work, Ryan is actively involved in his community. He serves on several local boards, including the Boot Hill Museum Board of Directors and Ford County Economic Development.
