KaTrina Dudley-Ford is a Regional Asset Manager for DW Development Group, bringing 29 years of experience in affordable housing and property management. She specializes in HUD compliance, asset performance, and affordable housing programs, including Public Housing, Project-Based Section 8, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) communities. Her career includes service with the Housing Authority of Kansas City, Kansas, where she developed expertise in HUD regulations, occupancy management, resident services, and housing operations. KaTrina holds Public Housing Certification through Nan McKay, along with Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and Management and Occupancy Review Specialist (MORS) certifications through the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM). Recognized for her leadership and regulatory expertise, she is committed to ensuring compliance, optimizing property performance, and expanding quality affordable housing opportunities while strengthening the communities she serves.
