Lynde is the Asset Manager of DW Development Group, bringing over 15 years of administrative and operational experience. She oversees the firm’s real estate portfolio, managing lease administration, maintenance coordination, capital improvement planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting to drive performance and long-term asset value.

In addition to her asset management role, Lynde serves as Project Manager, overseeing renovation and improvement projects from concept through completion. She is passionate about creating well-designed, functional spaces and has a natural gift for design, allowing her to seamlessly balance aesthetic vision with practical execution while incorporating character and functionality to create safe, welcoming spaces that residents are proud to call home.

Known for her collaborative and goal-oriented approach, Lynde brings strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills to her work.
