Austin Richardson is the Vice President of DW Development Group. Austin Richardson is a service-disabled U.S. Army Medic Veteran and accomplished affordable housing developer with over two decades of experience in construction, development, and strategic operations. Through his leadership roles across public- private partnerships, non-profits, and national consulting initiatives, Austin has dedicated his post-military career to advancing safe, stable, and healthy housing solutions for communities across the United States.

Austin holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Business Administration from Walden University with Honors and is currently completing his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). With a mission-driven approach rooted in public service and community impact, he continues to transform housing access through innovative development models and collaborative partnerships. He has led award-winning projects, supported policy advocacy efforts, and built high-performing teams focused on delivering permanent housing that promotes long term affordability and resident well-being. Austin’s work is grounded in his belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive in a dignified and resilient home environment.
